QUICK INTRO
Lane Tank Co., Inc. is currently seeking dependable, hard-working individuals for Industrial Painter positions.
This is hands-on work on municipal water towers throughout Wisconsin and surrounding areas. You’ll be part of a tight, experienced crew doing skilled work that keeps communities running.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Full-time, seasonal employment
- Projects located throughout Wisconsin
- Travel required (per diem provided)
- Season typically runs late March through November/December, depending on weather
PAY & BENEFITS
- Entry-level starting at $26.00/hour + $6.00/hour per diem
- Overtime opportunities
- $1,500 sign-on bonus after 2 months of employment
- Opportunities for higher wages based on experience
NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM
No experience is necessary. We provide full training.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS (Higher Starting Pay)
Experience in any of the following may qualify for higher starting wages:
- Welding
- Industrial or commercial painting
- Working at heights
- Construction or related trades
CDL or welding certifications are a plus.
WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES
- Working at heights on water towers
- Surface preparation and coating work
- Traveling to job sites across the region
- Working outdoors in varying conditions
- Being part of a safety-focused, professional crew.
